Once you have agreed to let Kazork assist you, you will be contacted by one of our approved listing agents who will guide you through the program. They will make arrangements with you to come out to the property to perform an inspection and complete a BPO (broker's price opinion). Your lender may also contact you to do a second BPO on the property as well. This is to determine fair market value for your home.
Once the home is listed, Kazork goes into action. All you have to do is sit back and wait for the offers to come in. You and your agent will be able to watch the offer process in real time. After the OSP (Offer Submission Period) has expired, Kazork will then submit the highest offer directly to your lender which is already approved by your lender through the use of Kazork.
