Instead of having to write up an agreement without knowing whether yours is the highest or not, you simply submit a purchase price online. If your offer is the highest at the end of the Offer Submission Period, you fill out a purchase agreement at that time. If you feel more comfortable having your buyer fill out a purchase offer and collecting a deposit check anyway, go ahead and do so.

    Properties are sold AS-IS

    Your purchase price offer is to purchase the property AS-IS. All repair costs, closing costs and other contingencies should be reflected in the purchase price submitted to Kazork.  Kazork’s Offer Submission Calculator will automatically deduct your Total Credits from your purchase price to submit your net offer.

    How to use Kazork as a buyer

    1. Go see the property. This is done through a lockbox if the home is vacant or an open house if the home is occupied.
    2. Have your agent submit your purchase price online. 
    3. If you submit the final high offer that meets the seller's reserve, your offer is submitted directly to the seller.
    4. If the seller accepts your offer, it then becomes a standard real estate transaction.

    5. Congratulations! You’re now a Kazorker!
