What is Kazork?

Kazork is a simple to use, Software-as-a-Service (SaaS), utilized by real estate agents, home sellers and homebuyers to complete transparent real estate transactions.

What is a transparent real estate transaction?

Kazork's transparent platform lets everyone see the details of a purchase offer submitted for a property.  Transparency provides a home buyer or real estate agent with the ability to know where his/her offer stands 24/7 and pay only as much as necessary to purchase the home.  Transparency allows a home seller to determine the highest price that buyers are willing to pay within a specific period of time.

What does the Kazork name mean? 

Ka is an Egyptian mythological concept of someone's life energy, that which distinguishes the difference between a living and a dead person. Zork is MIT programmer jargon for an unfinished program. The double K pays homage to the Kodak Company which changed photography from a cumbersome and elaborate process into a simple to use and accessible technology for everyone.

Kazork breathes new life into the unfinished real estate industry through technology, simplicity and transparency. 

What Kazork Does

Buyers, sellers and real estate agents utilize our online environment to view transaction information 24/7 such as the date and time the offer was submitted, the agent and company that submitted the offer, the net offer amount, the purchase contract, and the correspondence between the parties.  Kazork uses bleeding edge technology and innovative systems to make the sales transaction process easier and more successful for everyone.

What is a Kazork OSP?

The Offer Submission Period (OSP) is a specific period of time when agents can submit their buyer’s offer directly to the listing agent and seller simultaneously in a transparent environment.  Transparent means that all offers submitted can be viewed by the other buyers and their agents. 
An OSP allows only offers submitted at or above the listing price. Kazork's OSP creates an efficient, transparent and level playing field for buyers to submit and increase their offers to purchase real estate. 

How does Kazork benefit me?

Kazork benefits everyone. If you are a real estate agent, Kazork streamlines and simplifies the offer submission process by reducing paperwork, hassle and secrecy.  If you are a homebuyer, Kazork allows you to view the other offers on the table, which creates more prudent decision making on your part. If you are a seller, Kazork simply determines the highest and best offer for your property in the shortest amount of time. Kazork allows you to complete a real estate transaction in a quick, easy and transparent method.

Know what’s going on 24/7

Buyers, sellers and agents can go online with Kazork anytime to see other offers on the table and view price, date, and time. Instant Alerts will keep your agents updated via e-mail if your offer is beat by another agent. You can track properties you've  submitted offers on through My Kazork.

Submit only your net offer online

Kazork takes the hassle out of submitting an offer. Instead of having to write up a purchase agreement without knowing if your offer is the highest, you simply submit the net purchase price online.  If your offer is the highest at the end of the OSP or Auction, you then submit a signed purchase agreement.  If you feel more comfortable having your buyer fill out a purchase offer and collecting a deposit check before submitting your offer through Kazork, go ahead and do so.

Properties are sold AS-IS

Your purchase offer is to purchase the property AS-IS. All repair costs, closing costs and other contingencies will be reflected in the net purchase price submitted to Kazork.  Kazork’s Offer Submission Calculator will automatically deduct your Total Seller Credits from your purchase price creating your net offer.  Buyers perform due diligence when purchasing properties.

How to use Kazork as a buyer

1. Go see the property. If the home is vacant, your agent may obtain access via the lockbox or visit the property during open houses.

2. Have your agent submit your purchase price online.  If you do not have an agent, call Kazork at 619-255-0928 ext. 775, and we will put you in touch with an agent who can submit your offer.  All offers must be submitted through a real estate agent.

3. If you submit the final high offer that meets the seller's asking price, your offer is submitted directly to the seller.

4. If the seller accepts your offer, it then becomes a standard real estate transaction.

5. Congratulations! You’re now a Kazorker!

Put it into Overtime.  How about never losing out on a deal again because you didn't have a chance to make a counteroffer?  Kazork's Overtime solves this by automatically extending the Offer Submission Period by 15 minutes if an offer comes in within the last 15 minutes of the OSP. Exciting? You bet.
